Thank you so much to Eileen from Bookwormstothemax for nominating me and asking the questions! 😀 She actually sent this to me a month ago but I’ve been so busy and just haven’t had any time to do it (I keep asking myself why I decided to start a blog in my final year of uni). I can’t even nominate eleven new bloggers to pass it on because the ones I follow have already been or I just don’t think they’ll do it! 😦 But this was fun to answer and loved the questions – thank you!
And on a side note I’m currently reading and really enjoying Nightshade by Andrea Cremer, I’m so glad I’ve finally had time to sit down and start it! I’m definitely going to try add some more reviews soon 🙂
These are the questions I was asked and my answers:
1. What is your number 1 bookish dream (meeting a character/author, being a character in a book, and etc.)?
It definitely is to kind of be a character in a book. I’d like to have Diana Bishop’s powers from the All Souls Trilogy (she is basically just a kick-ass super powerful witch), but I would want to look like myself. Also, instead of Diana’s Matthew, I’d want Daemon from the Lux Series (or Haden from the Redemption Series). Well then… I obviously haven’t given this a lot of thought or anything… *not*
2. If you could have any power what would you choose?
Telekinesis for sure! Like Jean Gray from Xmen.
3. Who is the one author you want to meet the most?
To be honest, I don’t really want to meet any authors at all… Just like I wouldn’t want to meet my favourite actors in real life. I think it’d ruin the books (and movies) for me – after all, they do say “never meet your heroes”.
4. What’s your favorite childhood book(s)?
Would have to be Harry Potter!
5. If you could have lunch with one character (from book/TV show/movie etc…) who would you choose?
Probably Daemon from the Lux Series (oh, have I already mentioned him? 😛 )
6. What’s your favorite quote?
Probably “She’s mad but she’s magic. There’s no lie in her fire.” or “We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours”.
7. Where do you want to travel to the most?
Caribbean!
8. Favorite book for this year so far?
Ooh, thats tough. It really depends in what sense, but I guess I’d say Obsidian Book 1 in the Lux Series by Jennifer L. Armentrout (you’re probably starting to see a trend here haha) 🙂
9. What fandoms are you part of?
I actually not part of any… I guess the closest thing is my blog and other bloggers, and I’m not even sure if that counts!
10. Do have any OTPs and if so who? (Can be from TV show/book/etc…)
I actually had to Google what an OTP is, and from what I gather it’s “One True Pairing”. This is practically impossible for me to answer because I always manage to find something wrong with every pairing. I’d have to say Daemon and Katy, and I know I’ve mentioned them a lot but I’m just fawning over the series at the moment and I love the love/hate relationship they have.
11. Who is your favorite character? Why?
I can’t really say that I have one… Theres many characters I like a lot but I can’t just choose one! Super tough question! 😛
Ah, OTPs. 🙂 One True Pairing , indeed 😀 I think my knowledge of them came from Tumblr (a lot of my knowledge comes from there xD ) Anyway, I’ve read the first book, Obsidian, but haven’t read the rest yet. I have so many book OTPs haha, but they are mostly from Throne of Glass 😛 And the rest are from TV shows like Once Upon a Time-I love that show so much. “We are all searching for someone whose demons play well with ours”. That’s a favorite of mine as well.
Ahh!! Started Throne of Glass last night and already hooked! SO GOOD! 😀 Haven’t watched Once Upon a Time but also heard to many amazing things about it, hardly have time to read with all my uni work but will definitely watch that show in the summer! 😛
YES! Glad you are enjoying it! I don’t know how far you are but which guy do you like better so far? 😀 It’s a really great show. A little cheesy (especially in season one) but after that it’s smooth sailing and very attractive men xD

I’m absolutely in love with Daemon, haha 😀 I didn’t know what OTP was until watching this video on YouTube. I’d never even heard the term before. *shrugs*
Though I’d love to meet one of my favorite authors, one thing that would hold me back is the fear of them being rude or something like that D:

And I'm the same – I'd hate for them to be rude or something and ruin a book for me, so I'd rather just not meet them! 🙂
